DL380 G5 E3510EU Processor Upgrade Options

We are planning to upgrade our current HP server which is running on Quad Core Processor 1.60 GHz. My question is what is our options for upgrade that which will support the same motherboard? which speed is compatible with our existing motheroard and what other requirements is needed if in case we go through with the upgrade.
