DL380 G5 powerdown problems
We are having problems with a couple of servers back in the office.
It seems that the servers does not want to be unplugged from the power source.
First problem occurred when there was a power failure for a prolonged period of time and our backup battery went dead. After the power resumed two of our machines refused to even light up.
It again occurred when we tried upgrading the memory of another server. We unplugged the server from the power source, installed the memory and when we tried to switch it back on...no lights whatsover.
Kindly help
Thanks.
