DL380 G7 Cable Management Arm Wont Latch

We got two new DL380 G7 servers with cable management arms, and cannot get them to latch properly. We can get them connected to the back sliding rail fine, but when we clip it onto the server part of the rail, it wont fully engage, so when you pull the server out, the cable arm pops loose. I have applied as much pressure as I feel safe considering this is a server, and still the metal tab wont pop in place to secure it. Any hints/ideas/solutions?
