dl380 g7 won't boot
dl380 g7. server room lost air conditioning and server shutdown. won't boot now. no power supply lights, power light is solid orange, no other front panel lights. cannot contact ilo. tried new power supplies but did not work. any suggestions would be appreciated. It does not do anything when the power button is pressed.

Have you tried totally removing power, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in?
If you can, listen for any beeping when power is applied or when you push the power button. And also, you can remove the lid and look for any diagnostic LED's inside. You would have to find the diagnostic/troubleshooting guide for that model server but sometimes they have useful information on what the internal indicators show.
Taking off the lid is also a good chance to make sure everything is still properly seated like fans, memory, no loose cables. If it got really hot in there before shutting down, it could have nudged something loose that was already a little unstable.
