I have a customer who like to do his system check test from the diag tool in the BIOS.
We have replaced the memory, replaced the chassis with new memory on it and still failes when he run the system extensive test (pls see attached pic)
Dont know what to do or say to the customer as it baffles me that no memory error shows during POST or from the logs but customer keeps insisting memory still fails (memory result from the system extensive test)
Has anyone has this issue before or knows how to resolve it?
Appreciate if someone knows or can help me with this issue here in the community
Thank you
