DL380 Gen10 Firmware Update TPM Override
I am trying to update the iLO firmware on a DL380 Gen10. When I go to the firmware section of the iLO web interface there is a message that says:
CAUTION: Suspend or back up any software that uses the installed TPM or TM, or risk losing your data. Select the Confirm TPM override check box to proceed.
My other Gen10 server does not have the TPM so this is new to me. How can I check to see if anythign is using the TPM? Any other advice on this?
Thanks!

Re: DL380 Gen10 Firmware Update TPM Override
Hello,
As TPM chip is used for cryptographic operations, it may be used by one or more encryption programs. Please verify if any encryption software is using this hardware.

Re: DL380 Gen10 Firmware Update TPM Override
I'll just say it like this: I always click OK and nothing has ever happened.
Ultimately, no one can guarantee that it won't have any impact and with that tick, HPE will simply be out.
