DL380 Gen10 / P408i-a SR controller / 6.4TB NVMe SSD
A client is attempting install of a this drive to a DL380 Gen10 server with the P408i-a SR controller:
They are seeing the error in the attached images. Is this controller incapable of detecting these drives for some reason?

Re: DL380 Gen10 / P408i-a SR controller / 6.4TB NVMe SSD
Dear bogeygolfer1
HPE Smart Storage P408i-a SR controller did not support NVMe disk. Please go through the document as QuickSpec P408i-a SR Gen10 Controller for controller information.
If you want to use those NVMe drives Please go through the QuickSpec HPE DL 380 Gen10(Page no 54 & 60) for requaired hardware and part details.
Hope, I could provide you with clear and helpful instructions. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to ask. I'm here to help! Have a great day!
Thanks & Regards...

Thank you. Are you able to provide a list of parts needed for the server to support these drives?

Dear bogeygolfer1
Already I have mentioned in earlier reply go to QuickSpec for HPE DL 380 Gen10 and check the page no 54 & 60 for NVMe supported spare and part no details.
