DL380 Gen10 ram map out

I am getting map out error on 12 sticks of ram SK Hynix:
16GB 2Rx4 PC4-2666V-RC2-11
HMA82GP7AFRAN - VK T3 AC
1943
HP part number: 752369 - 081


Are those fake sticks? Why they are not working on gen 10? Updated to latest SPP.

Also in iLo it is reported can not be authenticated smart memory is disabled even though it has HP sticker on the ram.

Hi HydroMoon,
The DIMM with part number supports HPE Gen9 products. you can refer the Memory Matrix for Gen9.
The DIMM is not listed in Part Number Memory matrix of Gen 10.
So, I believe, you have installed the DIMM on Gen9 server which is supported on Gen10 server. Please procure the Gen10  server compatible DIMM by referring Memory matrix of Gen10.
