DL380 Gen10 with SN1100Q unable to enter Fast!Util menu
With the servers configured for Legacy boot, when the servers boot, I am unable to enter the Fast!Util menu for the fibre channel cards to enable the BIOS and choose a boot LUN from the SAN.
The cards came with firmware 1.75.07 and I have tried upgrading this to later versions. I have also tried upgrading the server BIOS to 3.xx and downgrading to 2.66. I've tried upgrading the iLO to 3.02 and downgrading to earlier versions.
I have tried html console, java console and local keyboard, video and mouse.
With any of these changes, there is no difference. I do not get prompted to press Alt-Q and I cannot change the card settings.
I have temporarily installed some SN1000Q cards in the servers and they work flawlessly allowing me to enable the BIOS and choose the boot LUN.
Any ideas?

Re: DL380 Gen10 with SN1100Q unable to enter Fast!Util menu
Greetings!
I understand that you are not prompted to select ALT + Q during boot.
Please check in the server BIOS (F9) if the adapter is listed and enabled.
"I have temporarily installed some SN1000Q cards in the servers and they work flawlessly allowing me to enable the BIOS and choose the boot LUN."
Which firmware version is installed on the above mentioned cards? Have we attempted to synchronize the firmware of the non-working cards with that of the operational ones?

HPE have sent a replacement card and that worked first time so we think the NVRAM got corrupted on the original cards.

Thanks for the update.
I understand that replacing the card has resolved the issue.
