DL380 Gen9 4K Blocksize Physical Drive
Hello everyone I wonder if someone can help or has seen this issue before, I've just bought 4 1.2TB reconditioned HP SAS drives for my DL380 Gen9. I've plugged them in and they are visible as per below. The problem is that the HPSSA GUI does not see them, and I cannot create an array using them - they are not showing as unassinged, but instead are listed under the heading "4K Blocksize Physical Drive". Any ideas?

Re: DL380 Gen9 4K Blocksize Physical Drive
Hi,
Not sure why its under 4K, but here are some workaround you can try.
Update the controller Firmware.
Update SSA GUI software.
Check if the Hard Drives are compatible with the controller.
Thank You!
