DL380 memory upgrade

I have HP DL-380 server G4 with 4 GB RAM single sided DDR2 installed. I want to upgrade 12 GB. I want to know if it is possible and what would be the best option to go with. My server has 6 slots and 4 of them are already occupied by 4x 1GB dimms.

Any help would be appreciated

your system:

1GB (12GB Max) of 2-way interleaved PC2-3200 DDR-2 SDRAM, with Online Spare Memory and Advanced ECC capabilities

replace all 4 DIMMs with:

3 kit of:

4 GB of Single-Ranked PC2 PC3200 DDR2 SDRAM DIMM Memory Kit (2 x 2048 MB) 343057-B21
