We have DL380E gen8 server

Configuration:-

1*16GB DIMM

1*Intel(R)Xeon(R) CPU E%-2420 v2 @2.20GhZ

Due ILO Degraded issue, we are looking for system board, as per HPE partsurfer agaisnt server S/N spare No: showing 732151-001 with Dl360E is the server board compitable ?
