DL380G5 with Smart Array 3200 troubles
Hi there!
Issue is: machine is continuously rebooting after trying to upgrade the controllers NVRAM
POST Message is something like:
"Slot 5 COMPAQ Smart Array 3200 Controller **Configuring I2C NVRAM **
Controller NVRAM has automatically been updated for use in this system
System will now restart for controller NVRAM changes to take effect..."
than the server reboots ....
... and over and over and over again ...
Controller FW is 4.50 (cp002242.exe)
Server BIOS is P56 (04/06/2007), w. dual twin-core 2.66 GHz xeons and 8 gigs of RAM
anyone any ideas?
cheers
Markus
