DL380p Gen 8: Degraded Cache Module
So ILO is telling me my server's cache module is degraded. The first time I noticed this was a few weeks ago. Looking at my log files, it turned out the cache was disabled a week prior. I rebooted the server and all seemed fine again; the warning had disappeared. It has been running without a problem for a few weeks when today I noticed all websites were running a bit sluggish. And sure enough, the cache module had a stauts of "degraded" again. The log files showed me this started only a few hours ago.
Now am I correct that to solve this, I need to replace the cache module's battery/capacitor (part #HP 660093-001)?
