DL580 G2 Network Agent Error

I have a DL580 G2 with two NC3134 NIC installed. Port 1 on each NIC is Teamed. CIM shows the machine is a degraded status. When looking at the NIC Agent each NIC show Green but the Logical Adapter Information is Yellow. The Status shows Secondary Failed. I have had the NIC checked and replaced; diags run on the system board; network check the LAN drop; and the Switch sees the secondary MAC.

Any suggestions on what is the problem.

Hello Tom,
I am not sure if you are running support pack 6.40 or not. If you're then downrev it to 6.20 or go to the latest one i.e. 7.0.

What if I'm at Support Pack 6.20 already?
