DL580 G5 with 16 HD on one raid-controller?

Hi!

Our Problem: We want to use the DL580 G5 with build in Storage (SAS HD).
There are two hd cages (8 HD each) with A/B Channel, so one cage is connected to the internal array controller to Channel A/B and one cage is connected to the additional build in P800 controller to channel A/B

But we want all 16 hd on the P800..

Is that possible?

Is there something to switch together the cages?

it's not possible there is no way to have a controller to handle all 16 HDDs so 2 controllers are needed


spec says that and it's not possible I know for sure
