DL580 Getting reboot..No display.

Hi All,
My server is getting reboot autometically.

Please see the below observations...
After plugging power coards it show 0d on the display on system board. and after 10 sec. gets power on autometically showing 8f 8d 4f
and in 2-3 sec. gets rebooting autometically..
I have replased SPS board already but could not resolve the issue.

Please help.

Hi Manoj, What is teh OS in the server..
I assume its windows..

Have you tried to boot in safe mode ??

is theer any beep sound from inside the server?
