Try to run the server without DIMM7. Or try to put DIMM7 in another slot - if you have the possibility.

=> OS is properly detecting total memory but SMH is not so proliant support pack needs to be updated to latest 7.7, if already up to date then uninstall and re-install the same.
=> Check system ROM version, latest is 2002.12.17 (B)
=> Re-install latest SMH version
=> Re-fix all RAMs
=> Check by swapping RAM, changing slots
=> Check on minimum hardware
=> What is POST memory message?
=> Check with insight diagnostic offline edition if any error
=> Check IML logs
