DL580 POST error codes

All,

The nice little LED POST code display on the DL580 (Port 84) is very handy, but does anyone have a complete list of what the 2 digit codes stand for, or know where i can get one?

We've been having numerous "CC" and "98" errors casuing boot to hang.
