DL585 G2

Hi,

I have a DL585G2 that will not start up. I have removed 3 processors & all of the ram apart from 2 GB, 4x512mb. When i power the server on the screen failes to load up the HP splash screen.

I have tested an exact model & this works fine.

Any ideas?

also, no error lights on the front of the server or on the error board at the front right of the server

hi Phillip

for that server if you want to test minimum configuration you have to use at least 2 Processors

1 Processor it is not min conf or that server it is 2 Procs so try 2 procs and test the other 2 as well
