Dos Boot Disk

I see that you addressed the Nic drivers in a previous post but what about the SCSI drivers? When I try to boot to my Win98 (dos 7) diskette and load fws2disk.sys I get an error indicating "wrong dos version". Which version of the disk driver should I be using?

Re: Dos Boot Disk

Just wanted to say thanks for the quick reply. I have yet to hear from anyone at Compaq and have since figured it out. Thanks for nothing!

Re: Dos Boot Disk

Hi, you can use any flavour of DOS version 6, but you will have no fat32 support unless you use DR-Dos 7.2 from Caldera, which has fat32 support and reports to any driver or program as being MS-Dos 6.xx Hope this helps.
