DOS Drivers

I need to build a network boot disk for a DL360, where can I find the DOS drivers for the NIC?

I would like to know this as well. I was told by a Compaq rep to use a Windows 98 boot disk. I really don't feel comfortable doing that. Anybody elese with another suggestion?
