Downloading drivers from HP.COM

Been having issues downloading drivers for all my HP hardware from HP.COM

Needed to DL a driver for a Business Inkjet 2300. Go to the HP site & get to the drivers page w/o issues, as soon as I click Download now the wheels spin for about 1 minutes then I get a page cannot be displayed! ALL popup blockers are off. I have tried from a number of our workstations w/o success.

the universal print drivers are on an ftp

are you using a proxy or something?
