Drive Array Device failure
I'm using the integrated smart array controller with 2 x 9.1 Ultra3 SCSI disks in the internal bays. This morning I got an NT error message saying "write operation failed some data may have been lost". Insight Mgr gave two failures "Drive Array Device Failure" one for each drive bay, and both disks had the failed light lit up. I tried to shut the server down and eventually got an NT Blue screen. When powering back up everything has worked fine no problems.
Any ideas what happened?
