embedded video

I've turned off the embedded controller with a switch 1 to "ON" but if still is on. I think. I reset everything with the maintenance switch. In config the embedded vga shows " PCI funtion 1 enabled vga resourcees disabled " the RADON PCI card(the new video card) shows " PCI funtion 1 enabled vga resourcees enabled " . When I boot to win2K vga It cones up but tries to install embedded video card. When I try to boot normal it locks after start screen. Any ideas?

The System Configuration Utility needs to be ran and disabling onboard video at the View and Edit screen=.
