End of battery life warning R1500 G4 UPS

Hi

This should be simple but I can't find the answer anywhere. My UPS battery needed replacement. Replacement was easy however after that despite battery at 100% and testing Ok the screen on the UPS still states "End of Battery" warning with Service Required. I assume this just needs to be reset but that is as far as I can get to. I have accessed the HPE Power Protector and there is no option to clear this. Equally no error / fault is being reported.

Any suggestions?

Thank you so much for this. It was dirivng me crazy. It amazes me:

1. How difificult it is just to refresh the battery state > you would think a firmware update would have sorted this out

2. There is no mention of this sequence in the UPS manual

3. It is nearly impossible to find the link you provided me using standard searches.
