Error during POST ML310e G8 Server Platform Services is not running in operational mode

Hello guy, i have an issue with my server HP ML310e G8.  It happens after i change the smart array controller cache and put a new one. now it is fail to initialize the smart array even i return with the old one

the message appear during POST is "Server Platform Services is NOT running in operational mode. Please run the server platform services firmware flash component to resolve the issue. and the led health is fashing in red

Can anyone help me for solving this issue because i realy don't understand for the message above

Remove all Additional hardwares including RAID controller card, full Power cycle the system, and check. If not booted, clear NVRAM by enable 6 no switch of maintanance switch which is available into system board, and check. if not booted, try to flash BIOS firmware from iLO, and check, if not booted try to boot the system by backup ROM. If not booted need to replace system board. 

If system getting booted update the firmwares via HPE Gen8.1 SPP.  Also update firmware for Intelliegent Provisioning for Gen8.  after that, remove all cable and leave the server for 10 mins, again reconnect power properly and start the server. press F10 for intelligent Provisioning option,  go to perform maintanance => HP Smart Storage Administrator (HP SSA) and check all Virtual and physical disks configuration. If requaired to change any configuration. reboot system to boot into OS.

Hello, finally i can detect my SAS Hard drive using P420 smart array. and now my task is installing the windows operationg system. But all my windows DVD failed to run installation. it is appearing the message as below picture

I already try using windows server 2008, windows server 2012 and windows 10 64bit and all show the same picture

Can you help me to solve it ?

Did you configure a RAID set for your new drive/drives?

Putting a single drive into a P420 enabled bay will not cause it to show to the OS.
You must either:
Configure a RAID Logical Drive - Even a simple 1 drive RAID 0 would work here.           

OR

Use the unofficial process to convert the RAID mode to HBA mode using the SSACLI util.  You likely need a Linux USB boot drive, add ssacli, and then run the command to convert the mode.  This isn't officially supported outside of very specific Storage Appliances that were based on Gen8 hardware, but many people in /r/homelab over on Reddit for example are using it.
