which controller are we using and are we using the updated driver and firmware of that controller please check before further procedding to it.

I'm getting the same error, but it's cpqcissm3. I have a DL 380 G3, Win2K3 SP1 with MSL5052 tape libray on a SCSI connection(use to be fiber connected). The controller card firmware is 2.48 and the driver is 5.68.0.32. I'm using Veritas BackupExec 10. I know there newer firmware version avaiable (2.58A), however, the fixes or enchancements do not apply resolving this issue.

Any thoughts??
