error in insight manager

I just installed insight manager 7 SP2
on ProLiant DL360 G3 with windows 2000 server SP4.
When i open insight manager, right after the log-on i get the following error messege :
'null' is null or not an object
File name https://mechkar:5000/ui/jsp/pageHeader.jsp?parentmenu=root
Line number:149
and the insight manager dont work.

I download any update that i found, and even re-install java plug-in
Please help.

Which Internet Explorer version are you using ? There are problems with older versions. IE6SP1 should work.

Which Java version are you using ? IM needs a certain version (1.3.1_02, should be on the cd) and there are problems with other versions.

Hi,

Unfortunately, CIM7 SP2 seems to be less stable than SP1, so if you are not limited to SP2 you could try SP1 instead. One more idea that helps sometimes is to install CIM7 SP2 with DEFAULT regional settings set to English (US). You may get your original regional settings back to whatever you need after installation.
