Error Loading Operating System

I tried to upgrade my Proliant 5500 to Windows 2003 Enterprise. After the first boot was required, the system could not boot from the CD nor the floppy nor the partition that Windows 2003 created.
I cant enter the f10 menu either. How can I change the boot order once again?
