Error Message when trying to install CSP/PSP

I want to install the Microsoft's post sp6a Security Rollup Package however the Windows NT 4.0 SRP exposes an issue with versions earlier than 4.24.0.0 of the Compaq Array Controller device driver (Cpqarray.sys)causing a "STOP 0xA" blue screen error. I've downloaded the ProLiant Support Pack for Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Version 5.50 A(27 Aug 02) and when I try to run the setup, it says "The following library is required for this application to execute MS Internet Explorer 5.5 or later/MS XML Parser Version 3 or later." I've installed IE 5.5 sp2 and MSXML 4.0 sp1 and I still get the same error message. First of all, am I using the correct download and version of CSP/PSP and second, if I am using the correct CSP/PSP download and version, how do I fix the error?

Please update the array controller driver by downloading CP001586 from COMPAQ.COM site. Any questions related to OS should be referred to Manufacturer of the Operating System.
