Error Of Scsi Card 29320

Controller at slot XX, 02:0A:01 SCSI Controller Configuration Error: 02.

Hi There,
I have Compaq ml350 g5 server with raid5 e200i raid card .
I tried to installed 64 bit Adaptec card 23920 and getting errorcode2 on POST and server failed to detect Adaptec card and connected tape also. What could be the solution for that?? . I need to fix error very urgent for backup need to connect HPDAT-72 GB drive .Pls help
