Error SCSI controller in DL 580 G2 Server

Hi, all
By many days my event viewer log this event:

Description:
The device, \Device\Scsi\cpqcissm1, did not respond within the timeout period.

I knew that is relative to SCSI Controller , but i have two SCSI Controller:
Embedded Smart Array 5i with attached 4 HDD
Smart Array 642 without any HDD

the event according to you is relative to first o second controller ?

My server is DL 580 G2 with O.S Windows 2003 RTM.

In my Array Configuration Utility i have no errors.

For you is dangerous ?

1.Mostly its related to 5i controller.
2.Any other device attached to 642 controller?
3.Perhaps HP Array Rescan service is generating this,stop the HP Array Rescan service and check.
