Error when Installing Windows 2003 Server with smartstart

Hi everyone,
when I use smart start to install Windows 2003 server standard edition I get the following error when the unattend installation should start:
"IDE CD rom (Atapi 1.2)/PCI IDE Controller in the unattend script file doesn't exist in the [SCSI] section of the inf file txtsetup.sif setup cannot continue"

In my opinion smartstart makes a wrong txt file which holds a scsi cdrom and not a ide.
Has somebody a solution for that. Otherwise I will install windows 2003 manually.

my guess is that it is a driver missmatch between W2003 the server and teh SmartStart CD version

Hi Stefan,

This is usually seen if you insert a different language OS CD than the one selected during the SmartStart interview. The driver file txtsetup.sif is localized and hence the problem is seen.
