ESX 2.53
I am installing VMware 2,53, from a RDP 2,2, to a Blade BL20P G2, and it is with the partitions standard, it exists some script to modify the size of the partitions that is installed in blade

There are several cfg files in the ./lib/osconfig/vmesx252 directory. One of them is for the config that you are running whether it be cciss, hda, boot from SAN, etc.
in those cfg fiels is the partition layout. Modify, save and run job.
