ESXi on ML350 G6 and USB Passthrough

After experiencing this issue and searching the forum to see another op with the same issue, it appears that all ext and int usb ports share the same hub on the mobo.

So what are all the extra hubs for aside from the virtual kb/media for ilo? Is there any way to isolate the ext ports from the internal port?
