Can anyone help me resolve Event ID 7023: "Server service terminated: Not enough server storage space available"

BONUS QUESTION:

Hello Emanuel,

This error will appear in event viewer if the someone decides to install networking when there is already a service pack applied. What happens is NT will pull the associated files from the original NT CD causing a mixture of original NT files and service pack files in the /system32 directory. Please re-apply the service pack and the error should go away.
