Arfan,
this message just say that Microsoft Office Document Image printer was auto-connected (created) when you connect to terminal server (with remote desktop connection).
If you want you can disable printer redirection by using Terminal Services Group Policies or on a per-connection basis by using the Terminal Services Configuration feature.
