Re: Extended Background Self Test has failed
Hi,
Run the Array Diagnostics Utility (ADU) and check if the hard drive is mentioned as failed or in predictive failure mode. If so, then replace the drive.

Re: Extended Background Self Test has failed
the Array Diagnostics Utility (ADU) is ok. you know every thing is ok but the only thing is complete test in insight management that couldn't pass successfully for all Hard drives as below :
{
Device, Test: Hard Drive 5, Storage Controller in Slot 0 - Extended Background Self Test Failed Count: 1 Error Code: F70 Description: The self test has failed.
Recommended Repair: Read the controller and drive documentation to check if the drive supports this feature. Do not run the test if the drive SelfTest is not supported. If the drive SelfTest is supported, replace the drive or controller.
}
