External DLT Tape Drivers

I am upgrading from a Proliant 3000 to a Proliant ML530. I currently run Backup Exes for Netware Version 8.5 using three DDT Drive in series. I have a 3200 Array Controller that support two 6 drive disk arrays. I have the tape system connected to the internal SCSI port 2 and am not using Port 1 currently. When I start the system it sees the tape units properly. When I attempt to start the Backup Exes software it fails stating it could not load the proper drivers. I have tried every combination I can find without success. Help!!!
Thanks,

JAW

Re: External DLT Tape Drivers

I have the same situation, but am running ArcserveIT 6.6, I have checked with Arcserve Support and they said that I need to upgrade the firmware of tape drive to D991, so tell me did you manage to find a solution for this?
