SolutionAlso can you upload Integrated Management Log Viewer actual log?
Additionally make second Upload for Array Diagnostic Utility?
If HDD connected to Array controller ├в you can swap them on the fly, if to Onboard which is would be strange in your Configuration as long you see Online spare ├в there must be Array Controller, possibly Integrated Smart Array Controller (ROC) with two channels. Run ADU report

Re: Failed Redundancy on ML370
If possibly run firmware CD
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/23331.html
In your case it could be firmware, cable or SCSI backplane circuit
Optionally you can verify if latest Driver used, which is probably yes.
There was few instances where LED amber can be ignored, as long you see drive healthy from software.

copy
IMPORTANT: The term "degraded status" in these utilities does not refer to hard drives that have been failed by the controller. If a hard drive is failed by the controller (it mean smart array), the amber "failed" LED will illuminate, indicating that the drive should be replaced.

If you have where to make a good backup take your chance to purchase from eBay SA 3200 (They usually sold for $10-$15), your Server is G1 ML370 beige? After make a HW raid and restore data. Or if you can find ROC Chip Integrated smart Array Controller from eBay

If you decide to use smart Array Controller - run M&P patch from advisory
