Fatel errors on DL360p Gen8 - ADU Logs attached, HELP please

I have uploaded the ADU report for the p420i storage controller: https://ufile.io/nz819

Server hangs every day at random times. Motherboard (on board controller), HDD's and cables have been replaced. All Firmware appears to be up to date. I am completely stuck

All disks and controller card seems fine. may be a fan problem.

Please upload IML logs.
