Faulty Disk Drive

Hi,

I've got a Dl 160 Proliant G5 and I can see on the fron that there is a disk drive failure as it has a red light.  It's running Windows 2008 R2, but when I look on the drivers to download I can't find any software to diagnose where the problem is.

I download and installed the Array Diagnostics and SMartSSD utility but it told me that I dont have a smart array controller, just and LSI Adapter, SAS 300 series.

Is there any software out there that can diagnose my hardware issues?

Hi,

For ProLiant 100 series servers there are hardly any diagnostic tools available.

ADU and SmartStart works only with HP Smart Array controllers.

If the drive is faulty, just replace it.
