Fibre Channel Tape Drive connection to Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapter

 

Hi,

We have an HPE DL360 Gen 9 Server with the HPE SN1200E 16Gbps FC HBA

This connects to the HPE StoreEver LTO-8 Ultrium 30750 Tape Drives in 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloaders.

We could not see the drive on server even when install ther driver for the drive.

Did someone have any idea please ?

Solve it, lto7&8 is not supported in direct attach with SN1200E
