Firmware Bug with SNMP (ILo 5, 3.0.0) , ProLiant DL380 Gen10, HPE Smart Array P408i-a G10
Hello
I have several servers where my snmp monitoring stopped working after updating to ILO5 firmware 3.0.0.
After many tests i found out that the problem is , that only the controller OIDs stopped working. All other information on logical and physical disks still works, so its not a general problem.
The used controller is HPE Smart Array P408i-a SR G10 with the latest firmware 6.2.2.
Here is a picture:
You can see the DAControler Entries dont deliever any results but the other OIDs do.
I have this issue on several servers after upgrading to firmware 3.0.0 with ILO5. Is this a known problem? ( oh within the ILO UI , the status of the controller is available )

Re: Firmware Bug with SNMP (ILo 5, 3.0.0) , ProLiant DL380 Gen10, HPE Smart Array P408i-a
Hello,
There are multiple cases opened for this behavior after upgrading to 3.00 with HPE, including iLO Development. There is no feedback right now regarding any fix.

Good to know that is not an error done by myself, so there should be a fix expected with the next firmware release.
Thanks for the response!

Can you tell me the name of the application you are using in the screenshot? It looks useful.
I found this thread because we are also seeing snmp issues..
