Foundation Agents

After updating the Foundation agents from 5.4 to 6.10
I get an error in the event log as follows:

Event 4612

Component: Compaq OS Information Agent
Error: Could not write the registry sub-key: "Timeout".
Cause: This error can be caused by a corrupt registry or
a low memory condition.
Rebooting the server may correct this error.
------------------------------
Re-booting doesn't help. I have tried this on 4 1850R servers now with the same result. The only way to clear it is t remove the OS Information Agent wich must be there for a reason.
Any ideas welcome.
