I got my server unbricked today using this method.
I want to mention that I used the new firmware version: MicroserverGen10PlusSPS_05.01.05.005.fwpkg
I removed 0x108D bytes at the beginning, and 0x3EA8 at the end, resulting in exactly 0x800000 bytes
The sha256 of the trimmed file is b025606a7b0f273da2f4ed98bc4a157a9a3249bcdd5c7afb3f942dcf29a040ba
