GEN 10 PLUS RAID 1+0 CONFIGURE EROOR

this server has 24 hdds with 2 raid controllers. 1 controller has installed 16 disk othe controller has installe 8 disk. i want to create 4 disk with raid 1+0 but when create the raid display the following error.

To create logica drives for the selected raid level, more than one span and equal number of drives each span is  required click ok to go back and make changes.raid error.png

what is the solution for that

Hi Liyanz,
    Please verify that the strip size, Sector, volume size and Parity initialization method in creating RAID 1 disks must be same.
    If not, please recreate with same value for all the disks for each parameters. Refer the below image

@shiva_jr we need to create raid 10 and we are tried to create raid using Bios
