Gen9 and NVME Enablement Kit

Hello all,

i use an DL380 Gen9 Server and try to use the NVME Enablement Kit with 6x SFF Disks. No Linux OS recognize the NVME Disk. All Firmware Updates are done.

Debian see the PLX Controller and load pciehp Kernelmodule but dont see the Disk.

I try to use Clear OS but this also dont see the Disk, how i can use it with Debian or other Linux OS?

best regards René

Re: Gen9 and NVME Enablement Kit

Hi @kira12

Please add following parameter to the kernel boot command line and check if the NVMe drives are discovered :

nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=0
