Getting onboard NIC to run at 100Mbs

Hi folks,

How do I force the onboard Compaq NC3163 NIC to run at 100Mbs? I've checked the setting in INETCFG.NLM, and it shows the card set to run at 100Mb, and the load line in NETINFO.CFG is

LOAD N100 NAME=N100_1_E82 FRAME=ETHERNET_802.2 SLOT=10005 SPEED=100 FORCEDUPLEX=0

All of this means that the card should be moving data at 100Mb, but it's not. I've been monitoring it using ManageWise 2.6, and comparing it to some other Compaq servers (Proliant 1600s). The ML370 is averaging 2000 packets/min, while the 1600s are averaging 20000 packets/min.

How do I resolve this problem?

Thanks!
